Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you are an American with a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (425) 259-7149 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for any American with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Furniture Pick-Up

Hours: Monday - Saturday 9-6 Sunday 10 - 5

  • Furniture may be picked up at our warehouse.
  • Some furniture may require assembly; please see your salesperson for details.
  • Please remember to inspect your furniture thoroughly before leaving our warehouse.
  • We will assist in placing your merchandise in your vehicle, however, proper loading and securing of the product is your responsibility.
  • No damage claims will be accepted once the furniture leaves the warehouse.

Delivery

Behar's Furniture offers in-home delivery and set-up. Our professionally trained personnel will unwrap, place, and assemble your furniture in the appropriate room.

  • All merchandise must be paid in full two (2) days prior to delivery. No CODs are accepted unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Credit card and debit card payments are accepted on the phone by calling 425-259-7149
  • Please understand that some circumstances beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions and traffic jams, can delay delivery time frames.
  • Please keep in mind that we deliver furniture to hundreds of homes each week. In order to serve all of our customers fairly, we request 48 hours' notice to make a change in your delivery appointment.
  • NAll items in our store can be delivered within Western Washington State. Currently we are not delivering outside of the Western Washington State area.

Important Information about Express Delivery

Item orders cannot be cancelled after they have been sent to the manufacturer. This is typically within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Items directly ship from the manufacturer within 48 hours. Saturday and Sundays not included.
  • Items are shipped via FedEx directly to your home in 2-3 weeks.
  • Returns via FedEx will be less the return shipping fees, or you may return an item to our store location.
  • Items may require assembly.
  • Tracking numbers will be emailed to you upon shipment of your item.
  • Items may be returned within 7 days. Certain Restrictions Apply. Please contact store for details
  • Many of these items are only available online and may not available for viewing in our showroom.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Behar's Furniture takes all measures to prevent any damages. Our excellent packaging and shipping experience reduces the chances of damage. However, when your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct items have been delivered. A Merchandise Receipt will be signed by the customer to acknowledge receipt of these items in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly check over and visually inspect the merchandise before signing this paperwork. Any damage must be noted on the Merchandise Receipt. All claims must be filed (Emailed) with pictures and description of the damage to our customer service department: service-request@behars.com. Behar's Furniture must be contacted within 72 hours of the delivery time to receive replacement items.

Behar's Furniture will not be responsible and will not accept any non-noted on Merchandise Receipt claims. If the item is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment from the freight company. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be rushed out. We will take the quickest route to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will result in additional charges for the non-returned item. Behar's Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace any damaged piece of furniture. It will be at the discretion of Behar's Furniture to have a professional furniture technician inspect the pieces to determine if the items will be repaired or replaced.

Preparing for Your Furniture Delivery

  • Please make sure someone 18 years of age or older is at home to accept your delivery.
  • Make sure the truck can get as close to your home as possible. If necessary, please park your car on the street to allow our truck to get into your driveway.
  • Please restrain pets and make sure toys and other items are removed from areas where the delivery crew might walk.
  • Please make sure your walkway is shoveled during the winter months.
  • Delivery teams are not allowed to move existing furniture in your home. They also cannot set up electrical equipment.

Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled any time before it goes into production or has been shipped by the manufacturer. Please keep in mind that once an order has been scheduled for production or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs and 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. Remember, ACTUAL freight may be much higher than the freight we charge you on the website. This policy is standard for all of the items on our website.
