Best furniture store around! Only place I will buy anything from. They have such good furniture that is durable, long lasting and looks great. They aren’t super pushy like most places and let you be and when you need the help they are there for you. Delivery service is amazing and always on time and never any issues. I bought a Stanton couch years ago from a store that has closed. The seat cushions have a life-time warranty and I needed new ones. I called Behar's and Dan the manager got hold of Stanton for me and ordered 3 new cushions for me. That was so nice of him to help me out. I did some more research and decided to call Behars Furniture... I spoke with Kathy, who was great, and listened to my day of frustration at Ashley and I told her I knew exactly what I wanted and asked if they do any price matching.. she explained they could do some but it was significan I got a call back within 20 mins and she said she spoke to her manager and they price matched EVERY SINGLE PIECE!! I had told her they had my business before but that definitely put a cherry on top! Plus, (unlike Ashley Furniture, who wouldn't even price match their OWN stuff!!!) I did not have to drive into the store to do the deal! No price haggling, very honest and straight forward and I will definitely be returning my business in the near future when we need a new mattress and anything else for our home! Thank you Kathy and Behars!!!!

I purchased a Stanton couch at Behar's a little bit over 3 years ago and love the couch. The only issue we had with the couch was that it kept poking us with feathers every time we sat down on it. We thought it was normal because it was a down feathered couch and didn't think we could do anything about it. We moved into a new home and needed to get more furniture and went back to Behar's. We talked to them about how we love the couch we purchased a few years ago but the feathers are annoying. The sales rep told us that it should not be doing that and looked into our order. We were just DAYS passed our 3 year warranty to file a claim and we were not sure if Stanton would do anything about. Dan got on the phone and was able to talk to Stanton about our situation and was able to grant our warranty. Stanton replaced all 13 cushions and we are now able to sit/lay on our couch without having any feathers poking us. Everyone there was willing to help and make our situation better. Every worker I have worked with there has been knowledgeable and kind and not pushy. If you are looking for a furniture store, this is the place to go. Thank you Dan for all your help on this and a huge thank you to Stanton for helping us with our issue when you did not have to. Customer for life here!

Behar's was great, after having a horrible experience at Ashley's Furniture. I called Behar's and they price matched and it was soooo easy to get my furniture picked out and ordered over the phone. Kathy was great to work with and friendly, she called me back in a timely manner.I already knew what I wanted from spending most of my day on Ashley's website and going into the store just for them to try and charge me more and I ended up walking out frustrated and still did not have my furniture ordered. I called Behar's and they got it taken care of and matched Ashley's online price which the Ashley store wouldn't even do! Now I am just waiting for it to arrive thanks to Behar's! I will always recommend them and send people their way!

Strolled into Behar's Furniture Store in Everett... met Debi, and she showed us a few items, and nicely mentioned to go look around and see what they had. We began visiting Behar's before we were married -- nearly 40 years ago. We bought our entire household's furniture -- all three rooms -- from Behar's back then. We keep coming back to them as our reference.Our search for a new kitchen table and chairs began elsewhere, and took many hours on the World Wide Web, but when we came back to Behar's, we found the same high level of quality that originally convinced us. Not only was Rosemary most pleasant and very helpful, she offered us the set we wanted -- including delivery and assembly -- at a very competitive price. The delivery team was courteous and efficient, and when one of the chairs was found to be flawed, they ordered another and delivered it within a week. When we found damage on another chair, they replaced that one at the same time. We will continue to hold up Behar's as our standard, and we happily recommend their products and service to anyone.

She's even located an item I wanted out of state, brought it in and started carrying it at their store. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I am moving to Tacoma and they gave me alternate furniture companies closer to my new address to try and make delivery easier. I still went to behars tho! When I was about to move into my apt I realized how shady the complex was and couldn't move there. Behars said they would gladly hang on to my couch until I was ready to pick it up, even if it's months later! What??? So amazing!!Lastly- they have great prices and will price match other in-store retailers. Total win.Everyone was wonderful but special shout-out to Julia! Thank you!

This is the last of the stores that I am aware of that care about their customers beyond making a sale. Both associates and management become friends and over the years, the integrity they offer makes a huge difference. Anyone can fill a big space with furniture but caring has pretty much gone the way of high-buttoned shoes. If you have an issue of any kind, they see it is theirs, not yours. When you stop in, ask for Rosemary, you'll never be sorry!

I keep coming back to Behars whenever I need a large piece, and after visiting other stores in the area. Â They show everything from traditional to contemporary. Â I've purchased two modern dining sets from them, and also a very trendy sectional. Â Sharing your needs and vision with the sales staff helps them direct you to options that are likely to fit. Â Rosemary assisted us and was extra wonderful in ordering a missing fabric sample, giving lots of experienced advice, and later, keeping tabs on the manufacturing schedule. Â I priced similar pieces at other stores in Snohomish, Everett and Lynnwood, and always have come back to Behars. Â They order from quality manufacturers at a price-point I like.
